Information Technology is excited to share that Mandy Tomlinson from our IT Service Management team will be presenting at the upcoming TeamDynamix Converge conference on May 8.
Mandy’s session, “Practical Roadmap: From ITSM to Enterprise-wide Service Management,” highlights Grand Rapids Community College’s journey in transitioning from a traditional IT Service Management framework to a broader Enterprise Service Management framework.
TeamDynamix is GRCC’s service management platform and is used to track service requests, knowledge articles, and projects across numerous divisions within the organization.
The conference is free to attend and takes place from May 7 to May 9. We encourage anyone to register for the virtual conference to learn more about the platform and best practices from other higher education institutions.
