Forum will examine how anti-discrimination policies affect Grand Rapids’ LGBT community

GRAND RAPIDS, MI — The Michigan Department of Civil Rights is hosting a public hearing on Sept. 19 for members of the lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender community to discuss how they’ve been affected by anti-discrimination policies. The hearing is taking place at Sneden Hall at Grand Rapids Community College’s DeVos Campus, 415 Fulton SE. Montcalm Community College and GVSU sign reverse transfer agreement

SIDNEY, MI — Students who’ve transferred to Grand Valley State University from Montcalm Community College without graduating can now earn their associate’s degree.
