Evening session added for Active Shooter Response Training

If you have not had the opportunity to attend the Active Shooter Response Training during the day, an evening session has been added to the schedule on Thursday, November 30, 2017, from 6:00-7:30 p.m in Sneden 309.

This training is required for all college staff and faculty.

The 90-minute training session will be presented by GRCC Police Chief Rebecca Whitman. The training will describe what an active shooter is; detail the ‘Run Hide Fight’ response to an active shooter situation; explain ways to recognize and report potential threats to our campus, and answer any questions attendees may have.
