Important announcement from Purchasing – prepare for new Procards

GRCC has made a decision to discontinue the procard relationship with our existing provider Chase Bank. Consequently, new BMO Harris Bank GRCC procards will be available for pick up for all existing procard holders beginning next Monday, April 22.

The cards will be made available at the Purchasing Office/Administration Bldg/DeVos Campus on an ongoing basis. For your convenience you may also pick your new procard (on Main Campus & MTEC) during the specified times as follows:

• Wednesday, April 24, from 8-9 a.m. – Tassell MTEC, Room 101
• Thursday, April 25, from 2-4 p.m. – Facilities Upper Conference Room
• Thursday, May 2, from 8-11 a.m. – Facilities Upper Conference Room

A new cardholder agreement must be signed and your old card must be returned to obtain your new card. Thank you. Please contact us at x3853 with any questions.
