Diversity Lecture Series Presents: Stephen Prothero (11/10/10)
November 10, 2010 | Stephen Prothero World-Religions Scholar, Author
Religious Literacy: What Every American Needs to Know — and Doesn’t
Are the world’s religions different paths up the same mountain? This appears to be a common, prevailing sentiment. He earned his Ph.D. in Religion from Harvard, and is a specialist in Asian religious traditions in the United States.
World-Religions Scholar and Author Stephen Prothero will speak November 10 at the GRCC Diversity Lecture Series. 7 p.m. at Fountain Street Church.
In addition, Stephen was interviewed by WGVU-FM (88.5); the two half-hour episodes will air the next two sundays at 7:00 a.m. and 6:30 p.m.
